The District Event Marketing Manager is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and managing a team of Event Marketers to build brand awareness and generate sales leads throughout their designated district. In addition, they are responsible for sourcing direct-to-consumer events, managing budgets, resource planning, staff schedules, and successful event execution. This role requires a self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The manager will develop and drive event-based marketing initiatives, identify and schedule events, manage event marketing materials, and collaborate with local operations to enhance brand presence. They will also track and report event metrics to evaluate performance and ensure that sales lead quotas are exceeded based on established KPIs.
