You will oversee the financial integrity of the stores by conducting audits of store paperwork, ensuring compliance with cash control procedures, and monitoring inventory levels. As a District General Manager, you will be responsible for performance evaluations and merit increase recommendations for Store Managers, ensuring that all employee reviews are conducted in a timely manner.
