About the position

The District Inspection Specialist is responsible for coordinating the Field Inspection process across district locations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and effective communication with management and third-party providers. This role involves maintaining documentation, preparing equipment for inspections, and performing data entry to track inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with the company's Safety and Health Program to reduce work-related injuries.
• Generate and maintain documentation for the Field Inspection process.
• Coordinate with third-party NDE providers for Field Inspection requirements.
• Communicate with regional specialists and District management regarding inspection status and operational requirements.
• Disassemble, clean, prepare, and assemble tools and equipment for field inspections.
• Inspect, band, and document field assemblies according to the Field Inspection manual.
• Perform data entry into the RTMS database for record maintenance and tracking.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Training in high pressure testing.
• Basic understanding of drawing interpretation (blueprints or schematics).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate hand tools, crane trucks, and forklifts.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in oil field equipment inspection and repair.
• Background in mechanical repair and testing.
