About the position

Sodexo is seeking a District Manager 2 to oversee Corporate Dining Food accounts across Atlanta, Savannah, Northern Florida, and Tennessee. This remote position involves leading a team of 16 General Managers and Area General Managers across 20+ sites, managing a total volume of $25-$30 million. The role focuses on achieving economic and commercial performance while managing talent and ensuring best-in-class hospitality and workplace experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and people, with a strong financial acumen to identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the division team to deliver on Quality-of-Life positioning and achieve a safe working environment that meets or exceeds economic and commercial performance targets.
• Work with the Regional Segment Head to develop and implement the segment strategy within the division and region for sustainable, profitable growth.
• Assist with the division Sales team to ensure new development and cross-selling targets are met.
• Manage and develop division talent in collaboration with HR and segment leadership.
• Drive solutions that optimize the current business portfolio and develop strategies for business growth throughout the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of basic management experience.
• 7 years of basic functional experience in multi-site/multi-unit retail and culinary food & beverage operations.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing hospitality and workplace programs with a focus on exceptional service.
• Strong business and financial acumen in managing contract financials.
