About the position

Sodexo is seeking a District Manager 2 to oversee Corporate Dining Food accounts in the Washington DC and Maryland Metro Area. This remote position involves leading activities and teams across 20 accounts with over 20 sites, managing a total volume of approximately $25 million. The role focuses on achieving economic and commercial performance while developing talent and ensuring best-in-class hospitality and workplace experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the division team to deliver on Quality-of-Life positioning and achieve economic and commercial performance targets.
• Develop and implement the segment strategy within the division to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
• Assist with the division Sales team to meet new development and cross-selling targets.
• Manage and develop division talent in collaboration with HR and segment leadership.
• Drive solutions that optimize the current business portfolio and accelerate business growth throughout the region.
• Ensure the organization's brand reputation and lead the management team to secure resources and cultivate client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of basic management experience.
• 7 years of basic functional experience in multi-site retail and culinary food & beverage operations.
• Strong business and financial acumen in managing contract financials.
