The role requires full schedule availability, as the DMIT must be ready to work the necessary days and hours to complete assigned tasks and responsibilities successfully. Essential job functions include field and people leadership, where the DMIT will lead center performance, inspire teams to exceed revenue and operating budgets, and develop the Center Manager Team to reach their full potential. The DMIT will also establish partnerships with beauty schools to drive recruitment and ensure that all centers maintain cleanliness and adhere to brand standards.
