Responsibilities

• Build and manage a top-notch sales team in the region.
• Network and establish a client base within the region.
• Adapt sales strategies to current market demands and company goals.
• Create advertisements and generate new leads for Jani-King.
• Manage and inspire a team while promoting a harmonious work environment.
• Demonstrate and lead by example in sales activities.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in sales or sales management.
• Strong sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding organizational goals.
• Outstanding leadership abilities and trustworthy management skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and effective communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Word.

Nice-to-haves

• Janitorial/Commercial cleaning experience.
