About the position

The District Mentor - Street is a strategic leadership role responsible for coaching and guiding a team of field salon consultants to enhance business opportunities for salon accounts. This position plays a crucial role in driving the district's success through effective execution of business and sales strategies, while collaborating with the commercial leadership team. The mentor will focus on developing the team's business acumen, building internal partnerships, and implementing strategic plans to achieve growth and profitability in the salon business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of field salon consultants to enhance their business acumen.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with OMNI business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business results.
  • Conduct independent quarterly business reviews and strategy sessions with team members.
  • Monitor sales performance data and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Participate in and facilitate educational and promotional events.
  • Support team members in identifying and securing new partnerships.
  • Engage with key accounts to support commercial growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA with a focus on business or marketing preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant sales experience and a minimum of 2 years of people management experience preferred.
  • Strong people leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and Sales CRM tools (Sales Force).
  • High emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
