About the position

You will be responsible for managing inventory, resolving customer issues, and stepping in for the General Manager when needed, all while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the symphony of store management, ensuring all operational tasks are executed flawlessly.
• Train employees on procedures, policies, and maintain training logs for their development.
• Step in for the General Manager, supervising daily tasks, scheduling, and employee assignments.
• Recruit, train, and coach associates to enhance their knowledge and performance.
• Ensure supplies arrive on time, respond to customer concerns, and maintain open communication channels.
• Boost sales, handle cash, and analyze financial trends to maximize profitability.
