The District Sales and Operations Manager at R.L. The manager will also provide hands-on training in persuasive selling techniques, customer objection handling, route planning, and new customer acquisition. Maintaining and expanding the customer base is crucial, as the manager will focus on building exceptional service to foster customer loyalty and retention. This includes resolving customer issues promptly, reactivating lapsed customers, and utilizing R.L. Schreiber's computer and order entry systems to manage customer data and transactions. The manager will also be responsible for reporting food safety issues, managing inventory, and providing competitive market intelligence to recommend new product opportunities. Additionally, the role requires operating company vehicles and adhering to vehicle maintenance and record-keeping policies.
