About the position

The District Sales and Operations Manager at Wireless Vision is responsible for driving sales and operational excellence across multiple retail locations. This role emphasizes leadership, team development, and adherence to company policies while fostering a positive work culture. The manager will focus on achieving consistent growth and profitability by coaching and leading their team to exceed performance goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage up to 6 - 12 retail store locations within the District.
  • Create clear responsibilities and processes for the District team to standardize operations and measure results.
  • Ensure compliance with T-Mobile and Wireless Vision's policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Motivate the team to achieve high results despite obstacles and setbacks.
  • Coach and develop team members to promote a positive and open team environment.
  • Manage all people responsibilities including recruitment, retention, development, and accountability.
  • Analyze Profit and Loss statements to identify opportunities and performance gaps.
  • Establish relationships with key partners to support training and operational development.
  • Model high standards of integrity to align with Wireless Vision's Core Values.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of multi-unit store management experience with a proven track record of driving performance.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Strong human resource skills to lead and inspire teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Solid computer proficiency including PC Windows applications (Excel and Word).
  • Ability to analyze results, strategize, and make sound decisions.

  • Experience in the wireless industry.
