About the position

The District Sales Consultant role at Cash-Wa Distributing involves managing a designated territory to drive sales and marketing initiatives within the food service, retail, and hospitality sectors. This position requires active engagement with clients and collaboration with internal teams to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Perform sales and marketing initiatives as directed by upper management.
  • Solicit new accounts and grow existing accounts.
  • Market all CWD programs and related business segments.
  • Develop a profitable sales territory and work with operations on delivery routes.
  • Collaborate with accounts receivable for timely collections.
  • Work directly with customers in the designated territory.

Requirements

  • Sales and marketing experience, preferably in food service or retail.
  • Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in food service or retail is helpful but not required.
  • Familiarity with food costing and menu ideas.
