About the position

The District Manager will oversee and enhance the finance and insurance income activities for a defined district of GSFS Toyota and affiliated dealerships. This role focuses on improving market penetration, identifying growth opportunities, and managing programs to ensure profitability for the dealerships. The District Manager will work closely with the Regional Sales Director to drive sales processes, develop customer relationships, and implement strategic marketing plans.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop finance and insurance income activities for a defined district.
  • Improve product and services market penetration in the client base.
  • Identify organic and acquisition opportunities to enhance volume and profitability.
  • Drive the sales process to increase Toyota vehicle deliveries.
  • Create lifelong customers in the Toyota and affiliated dealership base.
  • Provide ongoing programs, products, and services to maximize profitability for Toyota Dealers and GSFS.
  • Organize the district to drive production, development, and sales.
  • Maintain positive relationships with Toyota dealers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market opportunities and contribute to the strategic sales marketing plan.
  • Report monthly and quarterly objectives for each district.
  • Assist customers in developing solutions to improve sales productivity and profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 2-3 years of related experience and/or training in income development activity for multiple dealerships.
  • 2-3 years of retail F&I, and/or GSM/GM experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Willingness to complete courses and pass exams for applicable licensing.
