About the position

The District Sales Manager is a seasonal role responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple Spirit Halloween stores, typically from July to November. This position involves managing sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, and expense control, as well as the construction and teardown of stores.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations for an average of 3 stores.
  • Manage sales, payroll, recruiting, and training of staff.
  • Handle employee relations and expense control.
  • Monitor shrinkage and implement loss prevention strategies.
  • Coordinate the construction, opening, operation, and closing of assigned Spirit stores.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs.
