About the position

The District Sales Manager is a seasonal role responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple Spirit Halloween stores, typically from July to November. This position involves managing sales, payroll, recruiting, training, and employee relations, as well as controlling expenses and shrinkage. The role also includes the setup and teardown of stores, requiring a flexible schedule and physical stamina.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations for an average of 3 stores.
  • Manage sales, payroll, recruiting, and training of staff.
  • Handle employee relations and expense control.
  • Monitor shrinkage and implement strategies to minimize it.
  • Coordinate the construction, opening, operation, and closing of assigned Spirit stores.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
