About the position

The District Sales Manager is a seasonal role responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple Spirit Halloween stores, typically from July to November. This position involves managing sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, and expense control, as well as the construction and teardown of stores.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations for an average of 3 stores.
• Manage sales, payroll, recruiting, and training of staff.
• Handle employee relations and expense control.
• Monitor shrink and related functions.
• Coordinate the construction and opening of assigned Spirit stores.
• Manage the operating and closing/tear down of stores.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs.

Benefits

• Weekly pay ranging from $1,280 to $1,330 depending on qualifications and experience.
