About the position

The position involves leading a team of Clinical Sales Specialists within the Immunodiagnostics Division at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Clinical Sales Specialists to coordinate tactical plans for driving IDD allergy growth.
  • Recruit, hire, coach, lead, train, and develop a talented sales staff.
  • Develop district strategy and tactics to increase utilization of IDD allergy testing.
  • Orchestrate and utilize available resources to act on growth opportunities.
  • Lead initiatives to grow territory once commitments are received from labs and health systems.
  • Cultivate advocacy to drive sales and market growth in collaboration with established customers.
  • Articulate the clinical and economic case for expanded testing to executive levels in institutions.
  • Participate in company meetings for training and product updates.
  • Assist in the growth and development of the sales team through training and guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a healthcare-related field.
  • 5 years of sales experience required.
  • 3 years of successful management experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical diagnostics, or medical device sales.
  • Documented career progression within the industry including management development.
  • Ability to travel 60-80% extensively throughout the district.
