About the position

The District Sales Manager at Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is responsible for leading, coaching, and managing Sales Representatives within a designated geographical area. This role involves partnering with leading pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies. The position aims to enhance the performance of the sales team and ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and develop the skillsets and overall performance of the sales representatives in your district.
  • Develop and implement approved business plans to contribute to overall project success.
  • Effectively identify and monitor multiple local market conditions and build strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years' successful sales management experience
  • High level of proficiency in recruiting, selecting, training, developing, and motivating a diverse team of sales managers and representatives.
  • Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
