About the position

The District Sales Manager at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is responsible for executing sales priorities and initiatives, managing budgets, and overseeing profit and loss statements. This role involves implementing marketing agreements, ensuring compliance with promotions, and developing relationships with retail accounts. The District Sales Manager will also coach team members to foster a culture of learning and engagement within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Execute all sales priorities and initiatives.
  • Manage budgets and profit & loss statements.
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with calendar promotions.
  • Execute all channel, packaging, and pricing strategies effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retail store level and local chain leaders.
  • Provide feedback to the sales leadership team on market conditions and competition.
  • Coach team members on engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of related experience and 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience, or
  • High School Diploma with 7+ years of specific experience and 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
