About the position

The District Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales and operations of multiple Authorized Retail Cricket Wireless locations. This role focuses on driving consistent and profitable growth in sales revenue by recruiting, coaching, and developing Store Managers and Sales Associates. The District Sales Manager collaborates with executive leadership to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement best practices, while also identifying strategies to improve long-term sales and earnings.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of up to 10 retail locations.
  • Recruit, hire, coach, and develop Store Managers and Sales Associates.
  • Ensure all locations meet established standards in organization, appearance, and customer service.
  • Conduct weekly one-on-ones with Store Managers to discuss performance and goal attainment.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and adherence to daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Participate in the recruitment, hiring, training, and development of employees.
  • Communicate inventory needs based on sales trends and develop a consistent product mix.
  • Hold monthly team meetings to educate and empower staff.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Team to establish sales goals and hold staff accountable.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
  • Five years of related retail sales experience, preferably in telecommunications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and RQ4 preferred.
