About The Position

The District Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible for managing and enhancing the sales performance of Sales Consultants (SCs) within the district. This role focuses on driving a performance culture, coaching, and developing the sales team to achieve profitable growth in planned cases and gross profit. The DSM will engage in one-on-one coaching, lead district meetings, and support customer engagement efforts to provide expanded service options to Sysco customers.
