About the position

The District Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets for Bosch, Thermador, and Gaggenau brands in the Eastern Quebec region. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with accounts, coordinating sales activities, and managing product displays. The position requires strong communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to train and influence others. Frequent travel is expected, including overnight stays and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Achieves sales plan for Bosch, Thermador, and Gaggenau in assigned territory.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with all accounts.
  • Initiates and schedules orders with regional BSH inside sales.
  • Reviews and writes RA's while following regional BSH policies and procedures.
  • Works with other DSM's and operations to coordinate returned goods for sale in the OTC department.
  • Responsible for all assigned regional credits including pricing errors and RMA's.
  • Assists in communicating all regional Bosch, Thermador, and Gaggenau programs and procedures.
  • Maintains and develops all product displays including POP and cleanliness.
  • Gathers and analyzes competitive regional pricing and marketing programs.
  • Organizes and manages regional Bosch, Thermador, and Gaggenau trainings with BSH Training department and Regional Marketing Manager.
  • Manages information flow to RSM on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Maintains a database of all Bosch, Thermador, and Gaggenau accounts including sales performance and training schedules.
  • Coordinates and develops Bosch, Thermador, and Gaggenau specific events in and outside of the showroom.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High-School Diploma - Required
  • 3-5 years Sales experience in a business to business setting - Required
  • 3-5 years Strong presentation skills with sales person to buyer experience - Required
  • 3-5 Years of Experience (Negotiating experience) - Required
  • 3-5 Years of Experience (Proven sales track record of success) - Required
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.

  • Analytical skills with close attention to details.
  • Strong training skills.
