About The Position

The District Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible for leading a team of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) to ensure effective in-store execution for a designated group of essential customers. This role focuses on driving sales volume, monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and coaching and developing the sales team to achieve their goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
  • Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
  • Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
