About the position

Responsibilities

• Support the management and operation of all aspects within the pharmacy.
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with pharmacy professional practice and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee quality assurance and customer service initiatives.
• Manage personnel and inventory effectively to maintain financial profitability.
• Lead and motivate Pharmacy Support Staff, addressing development opportunities and knowledge gaps.
• Identify business opportunities and contribute to solutions that drive growth and performance.
• Implement solutions and lead the team to achieve specified goals.
• Adapt to changes in a dynamic healthcare environment and collaborate with others for better outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm. D) preferred.
• Active Pharmacist License in the state of employment; must not be on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• 1-5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• Ability to travel within a reasonable radius as business needs require.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.

Nice-to-haves

• 1-2 years of related work experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
