About the position

Responsibilities
- Support the management and operation of all aspects within the pharmacy.
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to pharmacy professional practice standards.
- Comply with regulatory requirements and quality assurance protocols.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and caregivers.
- Manage personnel and inventory effectively to optimize pharmacy operations.
- Contribute to financial profitability and loss prevention strategies.
- Oversee workflow management to enhance efficiency in pharmacy services.
- Lead and motivate Pharmacy Support Staff, addressing development opportunities and knowledge gaps.
- Identify business opportunities and implement solutions to drive growth and performance.

Requirements
- Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
