Responsibilities
- Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations including patient safety, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Motivate and develop Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments to maximize strengths and address development opportunities.
- Identify business opportunities and contribute to solutions that drive growth and improve pharmacy performance.
- Implement solutions and lead the team to achieve specified goals.
- Adapt to changes in the community healthcare setting and adjust plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with others to deliver better health outcomes and align the team around the company's purpose.
Requirements
- Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
