Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate housing and community service programs for older Pennsylvanians.
• Plan and administer housing and community service programs.
• Develop policies and program directives related to aging services.
• Conduct program analysis and evaluation to assess effectiveness.
• Manage financial and budgetary aspects of the programs.
• Collaborate with other bureaus, departments, service providers, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• One year as an Aging Services Specialist; or
• Three years of professional experience in a human services program with a bachelor's degree; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.
