Responsibilities

  • Oversee IT teams and organizations to ensure effective management of technology resources.
  • Implement and manage ERP systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Utilize CRM systems like Salesforce and data warehousing solutions such as Microsoft Fabric.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives within the organization.
  • Foster teamwork and build collaborative relationships across departments.
  • Manage performance and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Strategically align IT initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience overseeing IT teams and organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience operating in organizations with revenues greater than $500 million.
  • Knowledge of ERP management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with CRMs (Salesforce) and data warehousing/business intelligence (Microsoft Fabric).
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and Procore is a strong plus.
  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, AgTech, or related industries is highly desirable.

Nice-to-haves

  • Epicor experience preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of software applications for design, database, development, and HR systems.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure and monitoring tools.
