A significant aspect of the position involves managing the marketing budget with a strong emphasis on return on investment (ROI). The director will coordinate teams assigned to new communities, ensuring successful community launches and implementing process improvement procedures for sales and new community initiatives. Additionally, the Division Director will analyze and create implementation strategies based on various reports, including Price Realization reports, option selection data, and spec inventory home reports. Acting as a liaison to Zone and Area strategic marketing functions, the director will monitor and evaluate the consistency of the overall strategic plan, communicating needs effectively to partners. The role also requires ongoing analysis of the strategic marketing needs of the division, providing insights and decision points based on data from Zone and Area partners, and assisting sales management in reviewing competitive community dynamics.
