About the position

The Division Sales Manager for Payroll/HCM at Heartland Payment Systems is responsible for leading various sales teams to achieve market penetration and revenue growth. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, collaborating with other departments to enhance client experiences, and ensuring the sales process is effective and efficient. The manager will also oversee contract renewals and work towards meeting the company's profitability objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage various sales teams including outside sales, inside sales, channel sales, or third-party sales.
  • Develop, initiate, and execute sales plans to penetrate targeted markets and vertical industries.
  • Identify and meet strategic goals for referral relationships to achieve sales growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales and support channels to ensure a positive client onboarding experience.
  • Provide input to sales leadership on business intelligence and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 6 years of related professional experience.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
