About the position

The role involves managing various sales teams at Heartland, focusing on market penetration and revenue generation from both new and existing clients. The position requires defining the sales process, enhancing sales effectiveness, and fostering collaboration across different business functions to meet client needs. The manager will lead a sales team to achieve annual revenue and profitability objectives, develop sales plans, and ensure a positive client onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead an assigned sales team to meet or exceed annual net revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Develop, initiate, and execute sales plans for targeted markets and referral partners.
  • Identify and meet strategic goals for referral relationships to achieve sales growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales and support channels to enhance client onboarding and activation experiences.
  • Provide input to sales leadership on business intelligence, departmental effectiveness, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 6 years of related professional experience, with 1-2 years in a supervisory position.
