About the position

As a Division Service Manager at Meyer Laboratory, you will lead a team of 7-8 service members in the Philadelphia market, focusing on motivating and coaching them to exceed performance expectations. This role involves enhancing individual performance, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth through effective team management and strategic alignment with sales and operations.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach a team of service members to exceed expectations and achieve their goals consistently.
• Drive customer base expansion through cross-selling and upselling while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Enhance individual contributor performance through weekly coaching and ad-hoc assistance.
• Attract, evaluate, hire, develop, and retain top talent through effective recruitment and onboarding practices.
• Proactively identify and manage underperforming territories to mitigate churn risk.
• Collaborate with sales, service, operations, and enablement leaders to ensure alignment on strategies and tactics.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a service management role.
• Previous experience in chemical manufacturing or a related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team and reinforce strategic objectives.
• Expertise in customer relationship management and churn risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience managing a field service team for 5 years or more.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
