Responsibilities
- Manage the billing process for durable medical equipment (DME).
- Coordinate patient intake and ensure all necessary documentation is collected.
- Utilize Brightree software for billing and record-keeping.
- Communicate with patients and healthcare providers regarding billing inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in medical billing.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in DME billing is required.
- 1 year of experience using Brightree software is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish is preferred.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in revenue cycle management is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
