The position can be part-time or full-time, with a focus on ensuring accurate billing and coordination of patient intake.

Responsibilities

• Manage the billing process for durable medical equipment (DME).
• Coordinate patient intake and ensure all necessary documentation is collected.
• Utilize Brightree software for billing and record-keeping.
• Communicate with patients and healthcare providers regarding billing inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in medical billing.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in DME billing is required.
• 1 year of experience using Brightree software is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in revenue cycle management is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
