About The Position
The Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Billing Specialist is responsible for managing the order processing, billing, and collections for a pharmacy/DME company. This role requires proficiency in the medical claims process, including eligibility verification, authorizations, and negotiations with insurance carriers. The specialist will also track Key Performance Indicators, create reports, and improve processes to enhance the efficiency of accounts receivable collections.
