Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient services and products needed at home from discharge to start of care.
• Work with healthcare professionals including hospital case managers and doctors' offices.
• Perform insurance verification and authorization processes.
• Handle deliveries and warehouse responsibilities as needed.
• Set up, maintain, and perform basic repairs on Home Medical Equipment (DME).
• Lift, push, and carry items weighing 50+ lbs.

Requirements

• Experience with patients and insurance verification processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to lift, push, and carry 50+ lbs.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Basic mechanical skills for equipment setup and maintenance.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience with DME items used by patients at home.
