About the position

The DoD Budget Analytics Change Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Budget Analytics team by implementing new policies and procedures. This position focuses on developing and executing change management strategies to facilitate successful adoption of changes within the organization, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Develop a change management strategy to manage the people side of change.
• Implement change management strategies to increase change adoption.
• Communicate and liaise with management and stakeholders to drive the project forward.
• Consult with staff and relevant parties to manage resistance to change.
• Create and oversee a strategy and timeline for change implementation.
• Develop training materials to embed change into the company culture.
• Assist managers in implementing change and navigating resistance.
• Manage project budgets effectively.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance or higher.
• Experience in change management within a business context.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop training materials and strategies for change adoption.
• Experience in consulting with stakeholders and managing resistance.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in budget analytics or financial management.
• Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) policies and procedures.
• Project management certification or experience.
