About the position

Responsibilities

• Translates high-level business requirements into detailed user stories for development teams.
• Manages a story backlog to ensure readiness of user stories for upcoming sprints.
• Defines strategy and scope by collaborating with business team members to understand project objectives.
• Works with User Experience (UX) analysts to ensure prototypes accurately convey story intent.
• Collaborates with Development and Quality Assurance teams to understand the boundaries of user stories.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4-5 years of digital technology experience required.
• Outstanding knowledge of SDLC processes, Agile & Scrum methodologies, and DevOps processes.
• High-level understanding of Cloud Computing.
• Ability to work with distributed teams (onshore and offshore) required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.

Nice-to-haves

• 2-3 years of Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
• Prior experience in Airport Operations and understanding of United Operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with TFS/Client or related tools preferred.
