The Wealth Management Executive Assistant - Investments plays a crucial role in supporting financial advisors within a wealth management firm that has been operational for 30 years. This position is designed for individuals who have a strong background in finance and wealth management, particularly those who have worked closely with advisors managing a substantial book of business, exceeding $250 million. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of financial principles, accounting, and investment servicing, as well as the ability to interact effectively with clients regarding various financial transactions. In this position, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing client interactions related to investment services, which includes opening accounts of varying complexities, facilitating incoming and outgoing asset transfers, and overseeing money movement transactions. Adherence to financial regulatory guidelines is paramount, ensuring that all operations comply with industry standards. The role also involves addressing multi-topic inquiries, collaborating with other departments to complete tasks, and tracking ongoing work to ensure timely completion. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will analyze Portfolio Performance Reports, identify and rectify errors in reporting, and utilize technical skills to scrutinize financial transactions for discrepancies.
