The Wealth Management Executive Assistant - Investments plays a crucial role in supporting financial advisors within a wealth management firm that has been operational for 30 years. This position is designed for individuals who have a strong background in finance and wealth management, particularly those who have worked closely with advisors managing a substantial book of business, exceeding $250 million. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of financial principles, accounting, and investment servicing, as well as the ability to interact effectively with clients regarding various financial transactions. In this position, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing client interactions related to investment services, which includes opening accounts of varying complexities, facilitating incoming and outgoing asset transfers, and overseeing money movement transactions. Adherence to financial regulatory guidelines is paramount, ensuring that all operations comply with industry standards. The role also involves addressing multi-topic inquiries, collaborating with other departments to complete tasks, and tracking ongoing work to ensure timely completion. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will analyze Portfolio Performance Reports, identify and rectify errors in reporting, and utilize technical skills to scrutinize financial transactions for discrepancies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional loyalty, a strong work ethic, and consistency in their performance. They must possess excellent planning and organizational skills, be self-starting and self-managing, and take personal accountability for their work. A customer-focused and results-oriented mindset is essential, along with the ability to adapt to change and thrive under pressure in a high-volume work environment. Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams is also required.

Responsibilities

  • Support financial advisors in managing client accounts and investment services.
  • Facilitate the opening of accounts and manage asset transfers and money movement transactions.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulatory guidelines in all operations.
  • Field multi-topic inquiries from clients and collaborate with other departments to complete tasks.

Requirements
