About the position

Responsibilities
- Assist with the docking and undocking of boats.
- Ensure the safety of guests and their property while at the marina.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dock area.
- Provide excellent customer service to marina guests.
- Perform routine maintenance on marina equipment and facilities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a marina or similar environment preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Boating experience or knowledge of watercraft operations.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
