This role involves ensuring the accuracy of EMS asset entries in the DLA Enterprise Business System (EBS), managing accounts receivable processes, and resolving customer billing issues. The technician will work closely with various specialists and the EPC Branch Chief to support the overall objectives of the EMS program.
