The Document Controller for the Survey Division manages and maintains all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The Document Controller will be responsible for verifying document accuracy, conducting audits, and addressing discrepancies. Additionally, this position will liaise with project managers and surveyors to facilitate communication and provide training on document procedures. The Document Controller will also ensure effective communication between the survey division and other departments regarding document status and requirements, ensuring that all documents adhere to regulations and industry standards while preparing for audits.

Responsibilities

  • Verify document accuracy, conduct audits, and address discrepancies.
  • Liaise with project managers and surveyors, facilitate communication, and provide training on document procedures.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the survey division and other departments regarding document status and requirements.
  • Ensure documents adhere to regulations and industry standards and prepare for audits.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in document control, preferably in surveying or construction.
  • Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
