About the position

Epic Piping has an exciting opportunity available for a Document Controller to be an integral part of our Materials team. In this role, you will be responsible for storing, managing, and tracking company documents. This includes scanning, imaging, organizing, and maintaining documents while adhering to the company's document lifecycle procedures. You will also archive inactive records in accordance with the records retention schedule and control the retention and retrieval of documents in collaboration with receiving, Project Managers, and client Inspectors. Additionally, you will assist with any Receiving functions or Issuing functions such as pick tickets and barcodes, and perform administrative tasks as needed. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED; preferred
  • 2+ Years' Experience in field or related area
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office
  • Certification/Licenses: None specifically required
