About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Control Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining documents in a systematic manner, ensuring that all records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. This role is crucial for supporting our administrative functions and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the organization and storage of documents in electronic and physical formats.
  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information in databases.
  • Transcribe information from various sources into the appropriate systems.
  • Assist with order entry processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of requests.
  • Maintain clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and retrieving documents as needed.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and other office software to create reports and manage data effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient document flow and adherence to company standards.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in computer systems, including experience with databases and data entry tasks.
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with document control processes and best practices is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues across departments.

Nice-to-haves
