Responsibilities
- Conducting use case research.
- Translating research into content specifications.
- Demonstrating features, workflows, and technical applications with goal-oriented topics and examples.
- Reviewing and providing feedback on product developments.
- Taking initiative, suggesting process improvements, and mentoring others.
Requirements
- Pursuing a master's level or PhD level degree in a technical discipline.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to explain engineering procedures and concepts.
- Programming skills.
- Experience with MATLAB is a plus.
