The Dog Daycare Attendant, also known as a Canine Coach, is responsible for creating a safe and enjoyable environment for dogs at Dogtopia. This part-time role involves engaging with dogs, maintaining cleanliness in the playroom, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The position allows for a fun work atmosphere where employees can bring their own dogs to work after training completion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain control of large groups of dogs
• Caring for all furry friends as if they were a part of your family
• Engage, play, and enjoy time with the dogs
• Maintain a safe, neat, clean, and organized playroom area at all times
• Set the example for the team on customer service standards
• Strive for high customer reviews and ratings

Requirements

• Must love dogs
• Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including holidays and weekends
• Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to 'own' a room of dogs
