About the position

Dogtopia is seeking energetic and organized individuals to join their team as Canine Coaches and Front Desk Receptionists at their South Waterfront location. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a fun and dynamic environment while caring for dogs and assisting pet parents. The role includes responsibilities related to dog daycare, boarding, and spa services, with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of dogs in the daycare.
• Maintain cleanliness in playrooms and common areas.
• Build relationships with dogs and team members.
• Organize appointments and assist pet parents at the front desk.
• Enhance Dogtopia's social media presence.

Requirements

• Must love dogs and have a passion for working with them.
• Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing.
• Flexibility to work various days and hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work cohesively with others in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Knowledge of basic dog obedience and training.
