About the position

As an expert in defense missions, your unique skill set inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don't. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to help solve some of our clients' most complex problems and find solutions that keep our nation safe. As a Domain Analyst, you'll bring your strategic, tactical, technical, and high combatant command background to collaborate with thought leaders in cyber systems engineering on projects for mission area risk assessments. You'll use your skills as you research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support. Work with us to help assess an organization's key Cyber terrain, mission system C4 architectures, C4 vulnerability, and Cybersecurity posture information to develop comprehensive knowledge of impacts across the mission of nuclear command and control. Coordinate with defensive Cyber operations analysts and internal and external partners to develop operational risk assessments associated with threat events. Develop and update Domain Cyber mission assurance portals to support risk assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support projects for mission area risk assessments.
  • Assess an organization's key Cyber terrain, mission system C4 architectures, C4 vulnerability, and Cybersecurity posture information.
  • Coordinate with defensive Cyber operations analysts and internal and external partners to develop operational risk assessments.
  • Develop and update Domain Cyber mission assurance portals to support risk assessments.

Requirements

  • Experience in nuclear command and control (NC2) and with Joint Force missions, Joint-specific processes, and Joint Force culture.
  • Experience delivering quality solutions that represent Joint Staff, Combatant Command, defense agency, bi-national, and other Joint organizational priorities and equities to support national security and national military strategies.
  • Knowledge of mission execution at the strategic through tactical levels while developing continuously maintaining a broad awareness and perspective of key issues facing the Joint community.
  • Ability to provide structured, repeatable, and verifiable methods to assess Joint Force, defense agency, bi-national, and Combatant Command missions.
  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to obtain DoDD 8570 IAT II Certification, including Security+ Certification, within 6 months of start date.

  • Experience solving issues with doctrine, organization, education or training, material, leadership, personnel, facilities, or resources.
  • Knowledge of non-Joint Force clients that may need to address issues in Joint Force, defense agency, and Combatant Command missions, processes, or culture.
  • Knowledge of systems that support multiple mission domains.
  • Master's degree.
