About the position

The Domain Owner for Payroll Systems will manage and oversee all activities related to payroll and Kronos systems. This role involves handling intake demands, managing follow-ups, and ensuring accurate processing of contracts and invoices. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in payroll systems, particularly Kronos, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. This position is crucial for ensuring that payroll operations run smoothly and efficiently, and it requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various departments. In this role, the Domain Owner will be responsible for managing daily activities in the payroll and Kronos systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing training and support to team members on payroll systems. The candidate will also be expected to handle intake demands and manage follow-ups effectively, ensuring that all payroll-related tasks are completed accurately and on time. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. The position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as the Domain Owner will need to collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have an executive presence and be well-spoken, capable of representing the payroll function within the organization. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a permanent position, is preferred, along with familiarity with tools such as Google Meet for conducting interviews and meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily activities in the payroll and Kronos systems.

  • Process contracts and TAS invoices accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll systems, specifically Kronos.
  • Subject matter expert in Kronos and payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a permanent position.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with Google Meet for conducting interviews and meetings.
