About the position

The Operations Manager at Domino's is a leadership role focused on ensuring exceptional customer service, managing restaurant operations, and leading a team of employees. Responsibilities

  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by providing high-quality service and products.
  • Greet customers warmly and answer menu questions.
  • Address guest service complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Perform duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers when needed.
  • Manage the shift and ensure the team has the tools they need to succeed.
  • Maintain standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Schedule staff effectively and manage inventory.
  • Operate the cash register and collect payments.
  • Make fast, accurate, and consistent products while complying with portion sizes and recipes.
  • Assist the team during busy periods with service and food preparation.
  • Lead a team of 3 to 30 employees during shifts.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a diverse team.
  • Promote a respectful and motivating team culture.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to work.
  • Strong math and analytical skills for managing sales goals, inventory, and cash.
  • Proficient with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license, registration, and insurance.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English.
