Responsibilities
- Greet and assist donors/customers.
- Receive incoming donations and issue donation receipts.
- Sort donations into proper carts or bins based on quality.
- Box identified salvage items for further processing.
- Maintain a clean and safe processing area.
- Adhere to the organization's dress code and maintain a well-groomed appearance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Store Management.
Requirements
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to adhere to the organization's Core Principles.
- Knowledge of retail and/or stock handling.
- Ability to listen and follow directions.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, push and pull.
- Sufficient mobility to turn from side to side.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous retail and/or stock handling experience.
